This black and chrome towel rack comes with a weighted base and anti-slip pads to stabilize and protect the floor without a scratch. 

Every hardware parts are well polished for having a fine surface before the color process. The colors can be various such as chrome plated, black/white coating, brushed brass, satin...etc.
